Excellent from Start to Finish

My experience with James Free Jewelers was absolutely wonderful. My experience began with Sherri and ended with Jackie. I have looked everywhere for a specific type of engagement ring setting that is not commonly found so much any more. The selection there would leave anyone in awe because there is so many beautiful styles. The quality was the most important to me along with customer service. Sherri didn't push me into a sale. She actually texted me pictures and information when I needed it. It was great to receive such kind, informative, and professional service with no push to purchase along with a follow up. The day I chose to purchase, I contacted her and she was off. She informed me that Jackie was ready with everything and would take care good care of me. She couldn't have put me in better hands. Jackie was EXCEPTIONAL. Again from start to finish, I was treated with excellent service.

They made us feel at home, and, most importantly, helped us come up with a beautiful design. They crafted an extraordinary ring that surpassed our expectations, and it made our engagement as special as we could have imagined. AND they worked within our budget. Knowledgeable

Bought a bracelet for my wife's birthday and got a great deal, great customer service and my wife loves the bracelet. The staff is knowledgeable and courteous. They never made me feel rushed or tried to push me to spend more money. Will be back!
