You may apply in store or by request at salessupport@jamesfree.com during normal business hours of 9am EST and 5pm EST. If you email a request for application after normal business hours it will be processed the next business day. James Free will send you a decision via email within a few hours of processing explaining the outcome and the credit process, if applicable.
Credit decisions and personal information will be kept on file should you need a copy for your records. This application service is for United States residents only.
